Yes! The Exhibitor Registration Portal will be available inside the Exhibitor Console in December 2025. Complimentary exhibitor registrations are based on booth size:

  • (1) Full Conference badge per 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Grants full access to the Annual Meeting, including the ASGCT Events App.
  • (1) Exhibitor Booth Personnel badges per 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Grants access only to the in-person Exhibit Hall. No access to the ASGCT Events App.
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided to meeting attendees throughout the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, including the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors are not required, but are encouraged, to purchase additional internet offerings for an independent connection. An internet order form will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

The 2026 Exhibitor Service Manual will be released in December 2025. It will include detailed information from the official decorator, as well as order forms for lead retrieval scanners, A/V, telephone and internet services, catering, shipping, and more.

All exhibit booth space is sold unfurnished, and electricity is not included. Non-island booths include:

  • 8' high back drape
  • 3' high side dividers

All exhibit booth spaces in the Exhibit Hall must be carpeted or covered with appropriate flooring—bare floors are not permitted. Carpet is not included and must be purchased separately by the exhibiting company.

Stay tuned for official move-in and move-out hours. Exhibitors are required to follow the final move-in and move-out schedule, which will be released in December 2025 alongside the Exhibitor Services Manual.

Exhibitor led prize contests, awards, drawings, raffles, spin wheels, lotteries, or games of chance of any kind held at any time or place within the ASGCT Annual Meeting are not permitted. Attendees may not be registered for drawings, raffles, or lotteries, which might be conducted after the Annual Meeting. Gaming devices of any description are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall.

No retail sales are to be conducted in the Exhibit Hall or at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center. The ASGCT Annual Meeting is held strictly as a means of product and/or services exhibiting and display. Exhibitors must not complete sales by receiving payment or delivering their products in the hall. Violation of this rule may result the exhibitor's exhibit space and/or meeting space being repossessed by Show Management. Orders may be taken for future delivery only.

We are unable to share a list of companies and attendee titles participating in the Annual Meeting. However, anyone with a full conference registration will have access to the ASGCT Events App that will have a networking component where you can find the full list of attendees to connect with and schedule meetings. Click here to learn more.

Giveaways and product samples approved by ASGCT may be distributed from your exhibit booth. Requests for items other than the below list of pre-approved items must be submitted to the Exhibitor Console by March 31, 2026. Written notification will be sent upon ASGCT approval of the items.

  • Stationary items (notebooks, sticky notes, etc.)

Giveaway Guidelines: 

  • Cash giveaways are prohibited.
  • All giveaways must not exceed $10 USD in value and must be available to all registered attendees immediately upon request. 
  • Distribution of giveaways and other promotional items outside of the contracted exhibit booth space, designated meeting room, or websites is prohibited for the duration of the ASGCT Annual Meeting.  
Incentives in the form of the above giveaway items for attendee surveys are allowed. A cash equivalent (gift cards or coupons) may be given away for surveys only and must not exceed $10 USD in value.
