Morial Convention Center (NOENMCC).

Exhibit Booth Rates

In-line: $67.25 per sq. ft. 

• Corner Fee: $500 per corner
• Premium Location Fee: $750 (located along a main aisle or entrance)

Island: $78.90 per sq. ft.

*Non-Profit Discount: $2,000 / off

*To qualify for the non-profit discount, the organization must meet the below parameters:

• 501(c)3 letter or W9 showing tax exempt non-profit status
• University / Academic Institution, NIH, NSF/US Government Agencies
• Domain ending in .edu, .gov, .org

*First-Time Exhibitor Discount: $500 / off

*To qualify for a first-time exhibitor discount, the 2025 Annual Meeting will be the first ASGCT Annual Meeting that your organization has exhibited at. Please note that ASGCT will confirm your company's eligibility for this discount after a thorough review of your submission.

*NEW in 2025*
ASGCT now provides compliant liability insurance through Rain Protection Insurance, which meets all Show Management requirements. The insurance fee is included within your exhibit booth space fee above. Exhibitors do not need to submit a certificate of insurance to ASGCT Show Management.

Exhibit Booth Package

• 8' back wall drape and 3' side rail black drape (inline booths only)
• Booth identification sign with company name and booth number
• Allocated number of complimentary exhibitor badges -
  • 1 full conference badge per 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Grants full access to the Annual Meeting including the ASGCT events app.
  • 1 exhibitor booth personnel badge per 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Grants access only to the in-person Exhibit Hall. No access to the ASGCT events app.

Unfurnished Exhibit Booths

All exhibit booth space is sold as unfurnished and electricity is not included. 

Non-island booths include an 8' high drape, 3' high side dividers, and a 7"x44" on-line identification sign. 

ALL exhibit booth spaces in the Exhibit Hall must be carpeted or covered with appropriate flooring (bare floors are not permitted). Carpet is NOT included and flooring must be purchased by the exhibiting company. 

Exhibit booths can be customized by Heritage Exposition Services and lead retrieval devices can be purchased through Maritz. The Exhibitor Service Kit will be distributed to all exhibitors December 2024.
