Standard Benefits for All Exhibitors

  • All-Inclusive Liability Insurance: Coverage is included in your fee – no separate COI required. 
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi: Basic access provided throughout the hall. 
  • Lead Opportunity: Access to the ASGCT Events App (Full Conference Badges only).
  • Important Note: All booths are unfurnished and must be carpeted. Electricity and furnishing can be ordered via the 2026 Exhibitor Manual. 

Available Discounts & Premium Options

  • Corner Fee: $550 (Non-main aisle)
  • Premium Corner Fee: $825 (Located on main aisle)
  • Nonprofit Discount: $3,500 off (Must be located in the Nonprofit Pavilion)
  • First-Time Exhibitor: $500 off (Subject to ASGCT eligibility confirmation)

Payment Schedule

Exhibitor must pay the total balance by the date stated on the invoice. Full payments for all Annual Meeting support items, including exhibit booth space, must be received by March 3, 2026. If outstanding balances are not received by this date, ASGCT reserves the right to cancel the items or exhibitor’s booth space without terminating the exhibitor’s obligation to pay.
