Standard Benefits for All Exhibitors

  • All-Inclusive Liability Insurance: Coverage is included in your fee – no separate COI required. 
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi: Basic access provided throughout the hall. 
  • Lead Opportunity: Access to the ASGCT Events App (Full Conference Badges only).
  • Important Note: All booths are unfurnished and must be carpeted. 

Available Discounts & Premium Options

  • Corner Fee: $550 (Non-main aisle)
  • Premium Corner Fee: $825 (Located on main aisle)
  • Nonprofit and Startup Company (prior to Series B financing) Discount: $3,500 off 
  • First-Time Exhibitor: $500 off (Subject to ASGCT eligibility confirmation)

Payment Schedule

Exhibitor must pay the total balance by the date stated on the invoice. If outstanding balances are not received by the dates on the schedule below, ASGCT reserves the right to cancel the items or exhibitor’s booth space without terminating the exhibitor’s obligation to pay.
