Higher resolution nanoparticle size & concentration analysis
Spectradyne LLC, has developed a nanoparticle/ analyzer based on Microfluidic Resistive Pulse Sensing (MRPS). Using a microfluidic-based measurement cartridge requiring only 3µL of sample, the system overcomes the limitations found with light scattering-based methods such as DLS, NTA and flow cytometry. The system is ideally suited toward working with biological nanoparticles, such as viruses, liposomes, LNPs and other vectors for measuring size, concentration and phenotype.
