NanoMosaic is a highly sensitive biomarker platform that uses nanoneedle technology for digital quantification of proteins and nucleic acids across a 7 log dynamic range. We require low sample volumes (<2uL) for analysis of plasma, tissue homogenate, and more on 96- or 384-well plates. NanoMosaic is based on traditional ELISA methodology, but completely microfluidic, fluorescent, and label-FREE with a 30-minute imaging time. We offer pre-fabricated panels and assay development services for screening of 1-16 target analytes per sample well for AAV/C&G Therapy analysis.
